our commitment:

The Phōs Project is committed to the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of all children and young people.

We believe that every child has the right to be protected from harm, exploitation, and abuse. Our work is guided by a commitment to raising awareness, strengthening safeguarding practice, and equipping communities to recognise and respond to concerns responsibly and confidently.

All training and engagement delivered through The Phōs Project is trauma-informed, with participant wellbeing prioritised throughout. We aim to create learning environments that are safe, respectful, and supportive, particularly when addressing sensitive topics such as Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).

Where safeguarding concerns arise during training or engagement, we encourage participants to follow their organisation’s safeguarding procedures and report concerns through appropriate safeguarding channels.

Safeguarding is a shared responsibility, and we are committed to supporting individuals and organisations in strengthening their awareness, confidence, and practice.

The Phōs Project provides awareness and training to support safeguarding practice. Organisations remain responsible for following their own safeguarding policies and reporting procedures.
